Afghanistan faces a significant challenge with narcotics production and a pervasive drug epidemic.The country has a long history of opium cultivation, dating back centuries and is still one of the largest producers of opium in the world. There is a growing drug addiction problem within Afghanistan. Opium, heroin, and other drugs are widely abused, affecting all segments of society, including women and children.

Engage in debate and formulate resolutions bringing together countries of the world to better the situation of Afghanistan’s drug epidemic.​
